Vice President, Mission Impact

The VP serves as the executive within KINF responsible for the overall strategy and management of the Mission Impact team, including the operational execution of the four programmatic areas within KINF. This position plays a key role in advancing the mission of KINF by designing and implementing a comprehensive, data driven strategy for the development, execution and evaluation of impact and outcomes focused programs to support under resourced teachers and students throughout the U.S. The VP also plays the role of programmatic brand champion for all who are supported by KINF, ensuring the highest level of experience and upholding the dignity of the teachers and students whom we serve. This is a full‐time position based in the Roseville, MN headquarters.

Client Services Associate

The Associate is an integral role within a lean, high-performance 3-member team responsible for providing the highest level of account and project management for KINF’s corporate partners. The Associate’s focus is to ensure program deliverables are fully executed upon in a timely and efficient manner, while providing a high-quality donor experience for the partners. The Associate is the primary lead for mid-level accounts, working with the Manager and a Coordinator to ensure the needs and expectations of all portfolio donors and partners are fully met by the client services team. This is a full-time position based in the Roseville, MN headquarters.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with day to-day operations of Kids In Need Foundation’s (KINF) local programs. This includes organizing and coordinating the KINF’s volunteer groups and builds. Groups may include businesses, schools, clubs and other community members. The Program Coordinator will also assist in coordinating operations of our Teacher Resource Center (TRC). With the goal of increasing teacher participation and ensuring that our educators have the best possible experience every time they shop with us, this role is instrumental in our ability to put ‘our best face forward’ to both our teachers and our potential donors/partners. This candidate must be available to flex the typical work schedule to include weeknights and Saturdays (half-day) when needed.
