The Kids In Need Foundation is currently seeking an Influencer Relations & Campaign Sr. Management Manager to join our team.

Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Influencer Engagement & Strategies, Sr. Manager, Influencer Relations & Campaign Management will support the development and implementation of influencer related campaigns, projects and events. This is a remote position.

Description

  • Work in tandem with the Vice President, Influencer Engagement & Strategies to support all efforts to establish campaigns, projects and events with influencers and key stakeholders
  • Operationalize and implement influencer related campaigns, projects and events by working in close collaboration with internal departments
  • Support the implementation of a comprehensive development plan to research and identify sources of support; develop strategies to generate new partner campaigns, projects and events; and expand and enhance strong communication ties with these partners
  • Manage and grow influencer and stakeholder relationships to best serve the organizational mission
  • Manage media partnerships to drive greater exposure for organizational partners and increase brand awareness
  • Support internal, integrated efforts to develop strategic, effective and consistent communications and maximize owned, earned and paid and social media to drive KINF public profile and individual support
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of all current and targeted influencers and key stakeholders,
  • Manage campaigns, projects, events and other opportunities to feature and leverage these partners, in addition to key initiatives that attract their interest and support
  • Conduct post-event debriefing sessions to identify opportunities for learning and continual
  • Exercise the initiative to develop new revenue streams and Gift-in-Kind (GIK) procurement in conjunction with influencer partners
  • Communicates project schedules, meets deadlines and achieves overall objectives
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5 years of experience working directly with influencers and building charitable partnerships
  • 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in project management and campaign development
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and leading strategic, results-focused marketing campaigns
  • Deep experience managing and executing digital marketing, cause marketing and event fundraising campaigns/projects from ideation to launch
  • A talent for envisioning and executing a variety of campaigns, including cause marketing, digital marketing and event fundraising that inspire and get results
  • Strong project management skills, and experience creating work plans and setting and meeting clear expectations and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams with integrity and professionalism and foster close relationships with internal and external teams to build programs and execute campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Physical Demands

  • Required to sit for long periods of time
  • Extensive use of computer, keyboard and mouse
  • Travel for meetings, events and partner cultivation, estimated at 20%
