This past month, we recognized Dixon Ticonderoga Company as our National Fine Arts and Pencil Sponsor. With Dixon’s support, students have the Number 2 pencils they need to complete assignments every day, along with the art supplies that make creativity possible.

Dixon has been a dedicated sponsor for numerous years. In fact, Dixon has donated enough pencils to stretch from the East to the West Coast, a total of 2,812 miles of pencils since 2009! Other Dixon-driven initiatives through our Resource Centers include conducting a virtual school supply drive this summer and a mass pencil-give event in partnership with Lowe’s each fall. Most recently, Dixon was the sponsor of our Fine Arts Auction at our annual Education Celebration Gala. Through this effort, Dixon donated high quality art products to artists across the country to create pieces to auction off at our Gala, all to benefit students in need.

It’s with Dixon’s product donations that we can supply thousands of teachers and millions of students annually with the pencils and art materials that make classroom learning successful.

We thank Dixon Ticonderoga Company for its longtime support of the Kids In Need Foundation. To see more on Dixon’s charitable efforts, visit the Dixon philanthropy page.
