Updating your SupplyAClassroom.org page

How to update your information on your classroom page on SupplyAClassroom.org

Let’s get your classroom page the attention it deserves! One of the best ways to help donors connect with your students and supply your classroom is to include some beautiful images. When you enhance your page with a hero image and a profile picture, you can show where the Classroom Supply Box supplies will actually be used and some of the incredible students who will be using them. Here’s what you need to know:

Add a Profile Image
  1. First, login to your Classroom fund page. Enter the email address you used for your application.  If you haven’t logged in before, your default password is kinf_firstname_lastname, for example: kinf_susan_smith
  2. Look for your name at the top of the page, and click the drop down to set a secure password.
  3. Personalize your page by adding a Profile Image. The maximum image size is 224 x 224 pixels.
Add a Hero Image
  1. When logged in to your Classroom fund page, you have the option to Edit Fundraiser.
  2. Click the red button to edit, then drag or upload the hero image of your choice.  The maximum image size is 750 x 480 pixels.
  3. Save your image.
Make sure you have permission

When you upload an image to SupplyAClassroom.org, you affirm that you have permission to use it. KINF will be sharing details of these submitted classroom pages with potential donors as well as online, in an effort to fund your classroom request. We take the student safety seriously and ask that you ensure you have the necessary media releases for sharing their likeness(es) and ask that you not share any personal or identifying information about students or vulnerable people.

We’re here to help! If you have any questions, or if any of the information on your fund page is inaccurate, please let us know at classroomsupplybox@kinf.org. We did our best to make sure the information displayed accurately represented what we received from you and any colleagues from your school during the application process.
