How We Help
Access to school supplies isn’t just about pencils and paper—it directly affects a student’s ability to learn and thrive. Teachers said that access to essential supplies impacts students in a number of ways.
This data makes one thing clear: When students have the supplies they need learning outcomes improve and students thrive.
All backpack assembly instructions are available on this event page. You’ll find setup guides, quantity cards, and backpack packing requirements to help ensure every backpack is assembled consistently and accurately.
Notify your event lead or designated supply coordinator right away. They can direct you to additional inventory or provide guidance on how to proceed so every backpack meets the required standards.
Use the quantity cards provided at your station. They list exactly how many of each item belongs in every backpack. Before sealing or staging a backpack, complete a quick quality check to verify all required supplies are included.
The total number of students impacted is directly tied to the number of completed backpacks assembled during the event. Event results and impact metrics will be shared following the build so you can see the difference your team made.
Once assembled, the backpacks are organized, and distributed through our school and community partners. They are delivered to students who need support accessing essential school supplies, helping them start the school year prepared to learn and succeed.
